Located within the exclusive Point Marquis gated community in St. David’s, Grenada, the Seales Residence is part of a series of climate resilient modular homes. The design incorporates a hybrid construction method, utilizing both cast-in-situ and precast concrete elements. A customized forming system streamlines the construction of the superstructure, while factory-built modular fit-outs minimize the need for onsite labor.
