Project Description:

Charles Apartments are positioned on a hillside, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to shopping and Grenada’s renowned Grand Anse Beach. The steep terrain required a multi-story design that follows the slope of the land. The back of the building acts as a retaining structure, and a separate facility provides off-site parking.
