Project Description:

This masterplan outlines a comprehensive strategy for the development of a new facility for the University of the West Indies Global Campus, situated at Hope St. Andrew’s, Grenada. Spanning an expansive 88,875-acre site, the plan directly addresses the unique challenges posed by the steep terrain through careful site analysis and environmentally responsible design. The approach centers on the thoughtful integration of several key elements: agriculture, athletics, education, creative arts, administration, and housing.

Meticulous attention has been given to the positioning of campus elements, ensuring that the plan not only accommodates the natural landscape but also promotes sustainability and responsible land use for the long-term operation of the campus.
