Project Description:

This project is comprised of four exclusive rental villas situated on a 15,000 square foot hillside lot in Frigate Bay, St. Kitts. The design encompasses four intersecting volumes assembled in a criss-cross pattern that showcases a refined design aesthetic of cantilevered spaces cascading down the hillside.

Key features include a tranquil entry courtyard with Japanese-inspired gardens that provides a peaceful atmosphere upon arrival, an outdoor communal kitchen ideal for gatherings and shared culinary experiences, open-plan living spaces with contemporary finishes offering a modern and inviting environment along with private patios and screened Jacuzzis for relaxation and privacy.
